Services<\/h2><p>LEJ IT Solutions LLC provides computer and laptop repair services in South Florida, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Screen replacement and repair<\/li><li>Virus and malware removal<\/li><li>Hard drive diagnostics and replacement<\/li><li>System error and blue screen (BSOD) repair<\/li><li>Slow performance optimization<\/li><li>Full computer diagnostics<\/li><li>Printer configuration and setup<\/li><\/ul><p>Services are subject to availability and may vary based on the device type, issue complexity, and parts availability.<\/p><h2>2. Service Area<\/h2><p>We currently provide services in the following cities in South Florida: Weston, Aventura, Dania Beach, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Golden Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Miramar, Oakland Park, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise, and Tamarac.<\/p><p>We reserve the right to expand or modify our service area at any time without prior notice.<\/p><h2>3. Quotes and Pricing<\/h2><p>All service prices are flat-rate fees per service, as listed on our website and communicated during the intake process. These prices cover labor only unless otherwise stated.<\/p><ul><li>If replacement parts are required, their cost will be quoted separately before any work begins.<\/li><li>No additional charges will be applied without your prior written or verbal authorization.<\/li><li>Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.<\/li><li>Prices are subject to change without notice for new service requests.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Pickup and Delivery<\/h2><p>Free pickup and delivery of your device is included with all repair services within our service area. Scheduling is subject to availability and will be arranged after quote approval.<\/p><ul><li>You are responsible for backing up all data on your device prior to pickup.<\/li><li>LEJ IT Solutions LLC is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.<\/li><li>You must be available at the agreed address and time for pickup and delivery.<\/li><li>If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, rescheduling may be required.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5. Repair Timeframe<\/h2><p>Most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 business days from the time we receive your device. Complex repairs or parts sourcing may require additional time. We will communicate any delays promptly.<\/p><h2>6. Payment<\/h2><p>Payment is due at the time of delivery of your repaired device. We accept the following payment methods:<\/p><ul><li>Cash<\/li><li>Zelle<\/li><li>Credit card<\/li><\/ul><p>Services will not be released until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to retain possession of the device until all outstanding amounts are paid.<\/p><h2>7. Warranty<\/h2><p>We offer a 30-day warranty on labor for all completed repairs. This warranty covers defects directly related to the work performed by LEJ IT Solutions LLC.<\/p><ul><li>Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.<\/li><li>Warranty is void if the device has been opened, modified, or repaired by a third party after our service.<\/li><li>Replacement parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty, which will be communicated at the time of service.<\/li><\/ul><h2>8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p>LEJ IT Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Loss of data, files, or software during the repair process<\/li><li>Pre-existing hardware or software issues not related to the requested repair<\/li><li>Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services<\/li><li>Delays caused by parts availability, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control<\/li><\/ul><p>Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.<\/p><h2>9. Device Abandonment<\/h2><p>If a device is left unclaimed for more than 30 days after the completion of service and attempts to contact the owner have been unsuccessful, LEJ IT Solutions LLC reserves the right to dispose of or recycle the device without further liability.<\/p><h2>10. Customer Responsibilities<\/h2><p>You agree to:<\/p><ul><li>Provide accurate information about your device and the issue<\/li><li>Back up all data before submitting your device for repair<\/li><li>Ensure you are the lawful owner of the device or authorized to have it repaired<\/li><li>Be available at the agreed time for pickup and delivery<\/li><li>Pay for services rendered as agreed<\/li><\/ul><h2>11. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LEJ IT Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.<\/p><h2>12. Communications<\/h2><p>By contacting us through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS, you consent to receive service-related communications from LEJ IT Solutions LLC.
